Our Home Near Tokyo Disneyland – Entire 2nd to 4th Floor Rental

Our place is just a 15-minute drive or taxi ride to Tokyo Disney Resort, or only 3 stops (9 minutes) by train from the nearest station.
Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the 2nd to 4th floors of a private house. With a spacious 146㎡ layout and four bedrooms, it's ideal for large groups to relax comfortably.
There's also a cozy kids’ space with toys, making it a great choice for families with young children.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, allowing you to enjoy preparing meals just like at home.
Located in a quiet residential area, this house is perfect for a “live like a local” experience in Tokyo. The walk from the station is safe and peaceful, as there are no busy nightlife spots nearby.
Whether you're visiting as a family or with a group of friends, we hope you enjoy your stay and get a taste of everyday life in Tokyo!

• *There is only one bathroom, which may require some coordination for larger groups.
• *The entrance is on the second floor and accessible only via outdoor stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, please be aware. There is no elevator inside, and there are several staircases between floors.
• *The nearest stations (Kiba and Shiomi) are about a 15-minute walk away. While public transportation may be a bit less convenient, the house is close to central Tokyo, so using a taxi app is often a quick and easy option.
  *The house is located in an old-fashioned residential neighborhood with a local charm.
• *Housekeeping service is not included during your stay. (It is available as a paid option with advance reservation.)
• *As we are in a quiet area, please refrain from making loud noise or holding parties, especially at night.

Flat plates, deep plates, children’s dishes, mugs, glasses, spoons, forks, chopsticks, etc.
Tableware is provided for the number of guests.

Please consider using public baths or similar facilities as an alternative.

Guest access

Everything from the private entrance on the 2nd floor to the 4th floor is reserved.
(The first floor is not available.)
＊This is a private rental of the upper 3 floors (2F–4F) of a detached house, accessible via a private staircase. The ground floor is occupied by a separate tenant, but your space is completely private.

【Important】
The property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

In the event of excessive noise leading to complaints, you may be asked to leave the property. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules at all times.

・Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

- If you smoke, please use the ashtray on the balcony next to the living room.
- Smoking in the room will set off the fire alarm. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

・No shoes are allowed inside the room.

・There is no cleaning service during your stay.

- If you require additional cleaning for a long-term stay, please contact us. (Additional charges apply.) - Each guest will be provided with one bath towel and one face towel.

・Please separate garbage into burnable garbage, cans, plastic bottles. and put them in plastic bags.

・Please make sure to lock the key securely.

- If you lose your key, please contact us.

・Please be as quiet after 9:00 p.m. in consideration of the neighborhood, as this is a residential area.

For the comfort of our neighbors, we kindly ask that you refrain from talking on the balcony after 9:00 PM.

・If you damage any furniture or equipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

・Security Cameras:

In accordance with local government guidelines, security cameras are installed at the entrance and on the rooftop./p>

According to Japanese law,
The following information about all the guests staying in private residence need to be submitted.
• Name, address, occupation, nationality, passport number of all the guests
• A clear picture of the passport.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an input form, and after filling it out, we will provide you with check-in instructions such as the key box number.

*Check-In Procedure:

There is no on-site staff at the property.
Please retrieve the key from the key box at the entrance.

The key box code will only be provided to guests who have completed the pre-registration, including passport information.

*According to Airbnb’s rules, bookings must be made by the person who will be staying. Reservations made on behalf of someone else are not allowed. If a third-party booking is identified, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

■Other Rules:

Please strictly follow the rules listed below. Failure to comply may result in a penalty fee.

• 1. If the property is excessively dirty due to inappropriate use, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
• 2. If any equipment or items are lost or damaged, you may be charged for the cost of replacement or repair.
• 3. If the number of guests exceeds the number stated in the reservation, an additional fee of ¥10,000 per person will be charged. (The number of guests is monitored by the security camera at the entrance.)
• 4. Please separate your garbage according to the instructions on the bins.
• 5.Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
• 6.If you leave behind any belongings, we can ship them to you with cash on delivery. A handling fee of ¥2,500 will also apply.
• 7. We are unable to dispose of large items such as suitcases. If such items are left behind, a disposal fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.

■Parking Disclaimer

• ・Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles in or around the parking area.
• ・If your vehicle causes any damage to property, buildings, or third parties, you (the guest) will be held fully responsible for compensation.
• ・We are not liable for any accidents caused by theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or unauthorized use of the parking space by third parties.
• ・In the unlikely event that unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles block your access to the parking space, we are not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or damages.
